To take responsibility for the day to day supervising of the team and shop floor, and secure an outstanding performance.2. Coach our team member’s on the shop floor/ in the stock room to support their development.Work with the store team to make sure our Visual Merchandising directives/ promotions are followed at all times, and the store is fully “shoppable”.3. Support the manager, when required, to ensure stockroom processing and replenishment procedures are in place. 4. As a team we ensure all Health and Safety checks are in place and any issues are highlighted to the relevant Head Office department if support is needed.5. Help minimize loss of product in our store by promoting security awareness at all timesAssistant Store Manager1. To take overall responsibility for the entire store operation and well performance to secure a maximize profitability.2. Find the right talent for the business – with positive performance outcomes.3. Coach and develop team members by delegation, feedback and motivation.4. Train/ coach store teams to deal with customer queries/ complaints.5. Ensure stockroom processing and replenishment procedures are in place.6. Monitor productivity levels and to have recalls and transfers are completed effectively and to the deadlines set.7. Help minimize loss of product in our store by promoting security awareness at all times.Store Manager1. To take overall responsibility for the entire store operation and well performance to secure a maximize profitability.2. Coach and develop team members by delegation, feedback and motivation.3. Ensure premium customer service consistently alive in store.4. Be aware of competitor and industry trends in anywhere.5. Monitor productivity levels and to have recalls and transfers are completed effectively and to the deadlines set.6. Help minimize loss of product in our store by promoting security awareness at all times.7. Understand and achieve all Store Sales Targets and KPIs.8. Ensure all Health and Safety checks are in place and any issues are highlighted to the relevant Head Office department if support is needed.In-Store Visual Merchandiser1. Responsible for the visual presentation of the store, working alongside managers in the store to ensure that the store is both visually pleasing but it is contributing to maximizing sales and growth opportunities.2. Working with the managers within the store to ensure that Visual Merchandising is in place to the highest standard3. Ensure at all times the store is ‘shoppable’ and customers have a premium Superdry experience when visiting the store4. To help maximize store sales and profitability through following and successfully implementing visual standards in windows, on mannequins and the shop floor product according to company guidelines, promotional activity and seasonal trends.5.
